We currently are licensed to ship to these States: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, Il, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA

Due to ever-changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of States we ship to may change at any time. If you do not see your State listed or would like to ship internationally, please contact us at info@impensata.com to discuss shipping options.

Several wine storage facilities in Napa and Sonoma will store your wines and then ship them directly to you at your request. All orders sent to local storage facilities are considered "Will Call Pick Up" orders and will be charged California State sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will be billed separately by the third party.

We offer a pick-up option at the warehouse in Napa and delivery within the Napa Valley. Please contact us for more information or to arrange a pick-up or delivery.

You will be notified by email once your wines are shipped. Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground, where permitted. If you wish, you may choose to ship via FedEx or expedite the delivery of your shipment via Two Day or Next Day Air.

Wine is a fragile, delicate commodity. We make every effort to ship your wine in the safest manner possible. During the winter and summer months, weather conditions and longer delivery times can compromise the integrity of your wine, and we do not recommend ground shipments during these months. Expedited delivery options are worth the added expense to protect your investment. 

For preservation, our wines are stored in optimal conditions. Please note that when the common carrier picks up the wine for delivery, the wine becomes the buyer's responsibility.

In shipment, our wines are protected by Green Cell Foam. This is the most environmentally sustainable and functional packaging material available. Made from US-grown corn, Green Cell Foam is certified compostable in backyards and industrial facilities and can even be dissolved in a sink for safe and easy disposal. This unique material combines exceptional cushioning and thermal insulating protection while protecting the planet.




Returns

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within seven days of the date of your order for customer care assistance.

All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions. We consider wine to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the shipper and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Therefore, once your wine order has been picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the wine becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. We also cannot accept returns for the following reasons: wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines were in the your care.

If wine is shipped back, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling once it is received. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
